Logistics · Uniform and PPE kits
Uniform and PPE kits sent to each contractor, one box per worker
After approval, we prepare one box per worker in our logistics warehouse, with the ID card and the uniform for their role. We send it to the contractor company, with delivery in 24/48 h.

The problem
Why workers arrive without the right equipment
Uniforms and ID seem like details. Until the day an approved worker can’t start because they’re missing what the role requires.
The client acting as distributor
Sorting uniforms by size and role and getting them to each company takes time and people who should be on the operation.
Arriving on site without the right equipment
The worker is approved but turns up without the item their role requires. Entry is delayed or work starts poorly equipped.
Scattered shipments with no trail
Each order takes a different route. Nobody knows exactly what was sent, to whom and when.
Card and uniform at different times
The card arrives one day and the uniform another. The worker waits for the missing item.
The AISP solution
Everything the worker needs, in the same box
We link pre-qualification to logistics. Every approved worker receives a kit prepared for their role and worksite.
How it works
From approval to the box delivered to the contractor company
The kit comes from the information already on the platform. No parallel lists, no ad hoc requests by email.
Approval
The worker becomes compliant on the digital platform the client subscribes to.
Kit and sizes
The client defines the kit for each role and worksite; the worker’s sizes are collected through the platform.
Warehouse preparation
In AISP’s logistics warehouse, we prepare an individual box for each worker.
Card included
The ID card goes in the same box, with the uniform.
Tracked shipping
Our partner carrier delivers the box in 24/48 h, to any country, with shipment tracking.
Ready for the role
The worker arrives on site with the ID and uniform they need.

Data protection
Only approved workers receive a box
The kit starts from approval on the digital platform the client subscribes to. AISP does not host documents on its own systems: it only accesses the information needed to prepare and ship each box. That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.
- ✓Kits sent only to approved workers
- ✓Only strictly necessary data, in line with the GDPR
- ✓Information stays on the client's digital platforms
- ✓Sent to the contractor company or, with the client's authorisation, to the worksite

Frequently asked questions
What our clients ask
Can’t find the answer? Talk to us and we’ll show you the process applied to your operation.
What's in each kit?
Whatever the client defines for each role and worksite. It can include an ID card, hi-vis vest, t-shirt, polo shirt, trousers and jacket.
Who supplies the uniforms?
The uniforms are purchased by the client. AISP prepares each box in its logistics warehouse and handles shipping.
How do you know each worker's sizes?
They are collected through the document management platforms, during pre-qualification.
When is the kit sent?
Once the worker is approved on the digital platform the client subscribes to.
Where is the box sent?
To the worker's contractor company or, with the client's authorisation, directly to the worksite. One box per worker.
How long does delivery take?
24/48 h, in Portugal or another country, through our partner carrier and with shipment tracking.
Do you handle exchanges or collections?
Yes, at the contractor companies' request and with the client's authorisation.
Does the ID card come separately?
No. The card goes in the same box as the uniform, so the worker receives everything at once.
