What is Glartek?
It is an EHSQ (environment, health, safety and quality) software platform designed for field teams: it works on the phone, even offline, has built-in artificial intelligence and is configured without code.
What is AISP's role?
Glartek is AISP's most recent technology partnership. We implement the platform with the AISP Methodology, train the users and provide administration and technical support after go-live.
What is the contractor management module?
It is the Glartek module dedicated to contractor companies and external workers, developed in partnership with AISP on the basis of more than 20 years of experience in pre-qualification, inductions, training, inspections and audits.
How long does implementation take?
Glartek states that the platform can go live in weeks. The actual timeline depends on scope, processes and integrations; we define it with you in the initial diagnosis.
Does it integrate with our systems?
Yes. There are integrations for ERP, HR, maintenance, sensors, Power BI and Microsoft 365, and an open API for other systems.
Where is the data kept?
In the data centres where Glartek runs the platform. AISP does not host your documentation on its own systems: it only accesses the information needed for the contracted tasks, under the terms agreed with you and the GDPR.
Is training included?
Yes. AISP provides free training to all users of the platforms it implements.
