PVC ID cards: printed at our head office and delivered where they're needed
We print cards for approved workers directly from our clients’ digital platforms, send them straight to the contractor companies and collect them when they expire. All at AISP’s head office in Ílhavo, with no third parties.

The problem
Why the cards always arrived late
Before AISP took on this service, our clients lived with a process that was slow, expensive and risky for workers’ data.
Minimum quantities
Print shops wouldn’t personalise small runs. Cards waited for enough volume, and workers waited for their cards.
Personal data with third parties
Workers’ photos and data were shared with outside companies, just to print a card.
The client acting as distributor
Cards were sent to the client, who still had to sort them and get them to each contractor company.
Cards that no longer arrive in time
At today’s pace of projects and shutdowns, the card often arrived after the worker already needed access.
The AISP solution
The same card. A completely different process.
We take on the full card lifecycle, from the platform to destruction, with no intermediaries.
How it works
From approval to the card in the worker's pocket
The card comes from the information already on the client’s platform. No parallel lists, no data circulating by email.
Approval
The worker becomes compliant on the digital platform the client subscribes to.
Data validation
The AISP team accesses only the information on the platform that the card requires.
Personalisation and printing
We print the PVC card at our head office, in the design approved by the client.
Direct shipping
We send the card to the contractor company through our partner carrier, with delivery in 24/48 h.
Use in the field
Visual identification, QR code or RFID, which can be integrated with the client’s access control.
Collection and destruction
At the end of validity or employment, we collect the card and ensure it is destroyed.
What's included

The card is no longer an isolated visual item and becomes part of the pre-qualification and operational control process.

Data protection
Workers' data never leaves the circuit
Information remains on the digital platforms the client subscribes to, hosted in their providers’ data centres. AISP does not host documents on its own systems: it only accesses the data needed to personalise each card. That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.

Frequently asked questions
What our clients ask
Can’t find the answer? Talk to us and we’ll show you the process applied to your operation.
Is there a minimum number of cards?
We don't wait for batches. We issue cards as workers are approved, even if it's just one.
Where are the cards sent?
Directly to the contractor company, or to the location the client defines, in Portugal or another country. Shipping is handled by our partner carrier, with delivery in 24/48 h.
What information appears on the card?
Whatever the client defines: for example name, photo, company, role, validity, project, QR code or RFID. We always recommend the minimum needed for the card's purpose.
Does AISP keep workers' data?
It does not host it on its own systems: the data stays on the digital platforms the client subscribes to. We only access the information needed to personalise the card, under the terms agreed with the client and the GDPR, and we do not share it with third parties.
What happens when the card expires?
We collect the card at the end of its validity or when the worker leaves the project, and ensure it is destroyed.
Does the card replace access control?
No, it complements it. The card identifies the worker and, with QR code or RFID, connects to the access gates: the platforms we implement already send approval status to the access control hardware.
