The problem

Why physical identification slows the operation down

The platform says the worker is ready. The card, lanyard or tag hasn’t arrived yet.

01

Materials scattered across suppliers

Cards from one supplier, card holders from another, tags from a third. Nobody brings it all together by project.

02

Parallel lists

The data used to identify workers and equipment circulates in spreadsheets, outside the platform.

03

The client acting as a warehouse

Materials arrive at the client’s head office. Someone still has to sort them and forward them to each site or company.

04

Lead times that can't keep up with the project

The worker or the equipment is ready to go in. The identification is still on its way.

The AISP solution

Logistics isn't just transport

The value lies in the preparation: information, validation, personalisation, organisation and packing. Only then comes shipping.

How it works

From the information on the platform to delivery at the destination

Logistics links digital information to physical execution. Every shipment starts from the data already on the platform.

1

Receiving the information

Name, company, role, project, photo, credential type and destination, from the platform.

2

Data validation

We confirm the information is complete and matches the request.

3

Personalisation and preparation

We prepare each item to the project’s template and pair RFID or NFC tags where applicable.

4

Organisation

We sort by company, project, worksite, country or recipient.

5

Shipping

We ship from our logistics warehouse, through our partner carrier, with delivery in 24/48 h.

6

Follow up

We handle incidents, reissues and replacements covered by the service.

That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.

Frequently asked questions

What our clients ask

Can’t find the answer? Talk to us and we’ll show you the process applied to your operation.

What materials can be prepared?

Cards and credentials, card holders, lanyards, RFID and NFC tags, labels and equipment identification. One project can combine several of these.

Where are they shipped from, and how fast?

From AISP's own logistics warehouse. Shipping is handled by our partner carrier, with delivery in 24/48 h.

Do you ship outside Portugal?

Yes, to any country. Materials can be organised by country, region, site, plant, project, contractor company or local manager.

Does every registered worker receive a card?

Not necessarily. Production can depend on assignment to a project, completion of the document process or a request from the manager.

What if a card or tag is lost?

We handle reissue or replacement in the cases covered by the service. The same applies to damage, data changes, change of project or new validity.

What service models are available?

One-off orders, a recurring service or a dedicated operation. The model depends on the volume and frequency of needs.

Want identification to arrive before the worker needs it?

Show us the materials, volumes, projects and destinations. We’ll design the process with you, from the platform to delivery.
