What is the difference between a rating and an issue?
A rating measures your experience with a service and helps us improve. An issue reports a specific failure that needs to be resolved: it receives a reference number and is followed up until it is closed.
Can I rate without identifying myself?
Yes. In the rating, name and email are optional. If you would like us to contact you, enter your email. For an issue we need a contact to be able to reply.
Who reads the ratings and issues?
The AISP team responsible for the service concerned. Issues are followed by a person responsible until they are resolved and confirmed with you.
In which languages can I write?
In English, Portuguese or Spanish. In the issue form, choose the language in which you would like to receive the reply.
What happens to the attachments and data I send?
They are used only to analyse your rating or issue, under our privacy policy. Do not send documents containing personal data that is not needed to describe the situation.
