Sílvia Marçal founded AISP and leads the company as Managing Partner. She brings more than 20 years of experience in document management. The AISP Methodology, refined over that time, starts with the real operation and only then configures the technology.

Where is AISP based and where does it work?
Our head office is at PCI – Creative Science Park, in Ílhavo (Aveiro), Portugal. We implement platforms anywhere in the world and administer them from Portugal.
Is AISP a software vendor?
We don't just supply software. We work with configurable platforms, Glartek being our most recent technology partnership, and adapt them to each organisation: requirements, workflows, integrations, training and operation.
Does AISP store clients' documentation?
No. Data stays in the data centres where the technology partners run the platforms. AISP only accesses what its tasks require; that access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.
