Training and adoption
HSE platform training: free for all users of the platforms we implement
A platform only creates value when it is actually used. We train each profile on the client’s real processes, before, during and after go-live.
Illustration. The plan is defined with each client.
The problem
Why platforms end up unused
The configuration may be perfect. If people don’t know what to do, the platform creates no value.
Generic training
Sessions about menus and buttons, far removed from the processes each person will carry out.
Everyone in the same room
Administrators, supervisors and contractors get the same training, even though their tasks are different.
One session and nothing more
New users, features and requirements come later, with no follow-up training.
Training as an extra cost
Every new user or new session is another budget to approve. Training ends up postponed.
The AISP solution
Training tied to the process, not to the menus
Technology provides features. The AISP methodology turns them into results, including in the way we train.
How it works
From preparation to everyday use
Training follows the whole solution lifecycle: preparation, testing, go-live, use and evolution.
Profile map
We identify who will use the platform and what each profile needs to do.
Tests with key users
Administrators and key users take part in testing and validation. Questions come up before go-live.
Role-based training
Sessions on real processes: what to do, when, who validates and how to handle outstanding items.
Go-live support
Q&A sessions and direct support at launch, to reduce early difficulties.
Usage monitoring
Repeated questions or incorrect use show where to reinforce training or simplify the configuration.
Ongoing training
New users, features, processes or teams receive new sessions.
What's included
Training and adoption in one service
The goal is self-sufficiency, not dependence. Well prepared teams enter more consistent information.
Role-based training
Administrators, HSE, document management, supervision, operations and contractors.
Administrator training
Users, permissions, forms, workflows, notifications and dashboards.
Support materials
Quick guides, procedures, FAQs, short videos and documentation by profile.
Remote training
Individual or group, by profile or by process, with no travel.
Multilingual training
Sessions and materials in several languages, for teams and contractors from different countries.
Adoption support
Internal communication, pilot projects and configuration adjustments.
Data protection
We train on real processes, without taking data off the platform
Information remains on the platforms the client subscribes to, in the data centres where the technology partners run them. AISP does not host documents on its own systems: it only accesses what is needed to prepare and deliver the training. That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.
- ✓Training aligned with the profiles and permissions defined on the platform
- ✓No documents stored on AISP systems
- ✓Access only to the information each session requires
- ✓Team based in Portugal, at the AISP centre in Ílhavo

Frequently asked questions
What our clients ask
Can’t find the answer? Talk to us and we’ll show you the process applied to your operation.
Is the training really free?
Yes. Training is free for all users of the platforms AISP implements. It is part of the technical support we provide for those platforms.
Who can be trained?
Administrators, HSE managers, document managers, supervisors, operational teams and contractors. Each profile receives content tailored to its tasks.
How is the training delivered?
Remotely, individually or in groups, organised by profile or by process. That way it reaches users in any country, with no travel costs.
Do you train in other languages?
Yes. Training is multilingual: we adapt sessions and materials to the users' language.
What about new users?
Training is ongoing. New users, features, processes or requirements lead to new sessions.
Is one session enough to ensure adoption?
No. Adoption also depends on a clear process, the configuration and support in the early days. That's why training and configuration evolve together.
Want every user to know how to use the platform?
Tell us about the profiles, teams and countries involved. We’ll prepare the training and adoption plan with you.
