Operational solutions: from document compliance to work on the ground

We take information from the platforms to the people doing the work: inductions, cards, kits, tags and documentation. Modular solutions that combine and can be rolled out in stages.

The problem

When compliance gets stuck on the platform

The worker is approved in the system. But what they need to start work hasn’t arrived yet.

01

Face-to-face inductions on arrival

The worker arrives on site and still has to do the induction. The team waits, and so does the project.

02

Cards, uniforms and PPE by different routes

Each item comes from a different supplier, on a different timeline. Someone has to bring it all together.

03

Equipment documentation far from the field

Certificates and expiry dates exist, but they aren’t accessible next to the equipment.

04

The same documents on several platforms

Contractors working for several clients upload the same documents over and over.

The AISP solution

Analyse. Prepare. Identify. Look up. Put into practice.

The compliance status that comes out of document review feeds everything else. Every solution starts from it.

How it works

From requirement to operation

The solutions combine. Start with one and add the others as the operation requires.

1

Requirement

The client defines what each company, worker or piece of equipment must meet.

2

Document review

The AISP team validates the documentation and follows up on situations that need action.

3

Preparation

The worker completes the digital induction before arriving at the worksite.

4

Identification

We issue the PVC card and prepare the uniform and PPE kit for the role.

5

Shipping

Cards, kits and tags go to the contractor company or to the location defined.

6

Operation

On the ground, the information is available to whoever needs to look it up.

What's included

AISP operational solutions

Each solution works on its own. Combined, they close the loop between the platform and the ground.

Technology and service
Technology organises the information.
The AISP team makes sure it reaches the ground.

Digital safety inductions

GEDOC SafetyGo: content, assessment, completion record and evidence.

PVC ID cards

GEDOC ID: cards printed at head office, linked to the worker’s document status.

Uniform and PPE kits

Uniform and protective equipment for the role, prepared per worker.

RFID for equipment

RFID or NFC tags with access to each asset’s documentation and expiry dates.

Identification logistics

Preparation and shipping of cards, tags and other materials.

Document distribution

Automatic synchronisation or manual distribution of documentation across platforms.

Data protection

Information stays where it belongs

Data remains in the data centres where the technology partners run the platforms. AISP does not host documents on its own systems: it only accesses what is needed for inductions, cards, kits and shipping. That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.

  • ✓No parallel copies of workers' documentation
  • ✓Only the data each solution needs, in line with the GDPR
  • ✓Technical support with free training for users
  • ✓Platform administration from Portugal

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us about operational solutions

Can’t find the answer? Talk to us and we’ll show you the process applied to your operation.

Do I have to take all the solutions?

No. They are modular. You can start with one and add the others in stages.

What kind of operation are they for?

Operations with many contractors, high worker turnover, several projects, a range of equipment and complex document requirements.

How do they connect to the platform we already use?

They start from the compliance status recorded on our clients' platforms. Information can flow through APIs and other integration mechanisms.

Who handles the logistics for cards and kits?

AISP. We prepare and ship cards, kits and tags to the contractor company or to the location defined.

Does AISP keep workers' documentation?

No. Documentation stays on the digital platforms. We only access what each task requires.

What support is there after launch?

Configuration, integrations, testing, training, support, administration and logistics: we support you from process analysis to day-to-day operation.
