Data protection
AISP works on the data. It doesn't store it.
Information stays in the data centres where the technology partners run the platforms. AISP does not host documents on its own systems: it only accesses what each task requires. That access is personal data processing, carried out under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.

What service models are available?
Implementation; implementation with administration; implementation with document management; and dedicated service. In the dedicated service, AISP resources are assigned to the client, sized to the workload.
Which platforms do you implement?
Digital document management and HSE platforms. AISP's most recent technology partnership is with Glartek.
Where is the data kept?
In the data centres where the technology partners run the platforms. AISP does not host documents on its own systems; it only accesses what the contracted tasks require, under the terms agreed with each client and the GDPR.
Do you work outside Portugal?
Yes. We implement platforms anywhere in the world. Administration is carried out from Portugal, at our centre in Ílhavo.
Do users receive training?
Yes. Technical support includes free training for all users of the platforms AISP implements.
