How it works

The contractor submits the document on the platform, in whatever language it is in.
Classification
The AI identifies the document type and matches it to the corresponding requirement.
Extraction
Dates, entities and other relevant fields are read from the content. Each value points back to the source document.
Comparison
The extracted data is compared with the requirement that applies to the company, the worker or the equipment.
Proposal
The AI proposes a result. Critical or ambiguous cases are flagged for human review.
Human decision
The validator confirms or corrects, and the decision is recorded. If a document is rejected, the contractor receives the reason.
