A platform should not force a company to change the way it works

This is one of the ideas behind the new configurable document management platform, which grew out of the partnership between AISP GEDOC and Glartek.

In fact, over the years, we have worked with organisations that ended up adapting processes, approval circuits, responsibilities and ways of working to the limitations of the tools they used.

But the logic should be the other way round.

In other words, technology should adapt to the reality of the organisation.

That is why we chose a fully configurable, no-code approach, which lets you adjust the document management platform simply, quickly and independently, without turning every change into a new development project.

In practice, this means you can configure:

  • Fields and forms
  • Workflows
  • Rules and permissions
  • Statuses and stages
  • Reports and indicators
  • Integrations with other systems

In addition, you can do so as the organisation evolves, processes change and new needs arise.

For me, therefore, this is an essential point: giving companies the autonomy to adapt technology to their processes, rather than forcing them to adapt their processes to technology.

As a result: less technical dependence.

Faster adaptation.

More control over how the platform supports operations.

Fully configurable. No code. Because no two companies work in exactly the same way.
