In your dashboard, add workers one by one or import a CSV list.

Each worker receives a personal link by email, which they can use until they pass.
Content
They go through the topics on a phone, tablet or computer, at their own pace and wherever suits them.
Assessment
They answer the questions. The score is calculated automatically and compared with the pass mark.
Certificate
Once they pass, they receive a certificate with the validity you set and the link is deactivated.

Does awareness replace mandatory training?
No. It delivers the rules and behaviours defined by your organisation and records that each person understood them. Legally required training and job-specific training are still needed.
Does the worker need to create an account?
No. They receive a personal link by email and go straight in, with no password and no app to install.
Who chooses the topics and the questions?
Your organisation defines the topics, the content, the pass mark and the certificate validity, with support from the AISP team.
What if the worker doesn't reach the pass mark?
They can retake it under the conditions set by your organisation. The link stays active until they pass, and unsuccessful attempts are not charged.
How much does it cost?
You only pay for workers who pass. Commercial terms are set out in the proposal and shown in your client area.
How do I know who is up to date?
The dashboard shows the status of every worker and the validity of every certificate, and you can export the results to CSV.
Can a worker go back in after passing?
Once the worker passes, the link expires. At the request of the worker or your organisation, AISP can reactivate it.
