AISP maintains free training on the HSE and document management platforms its team implements

In May 2026, AISP renewed its commitment to keep providing HSE platform training, as well as document management platform training, at no additional cost to users of the platforms its technical team implements.

This decision stems from the experience AISP has gained in the projects it supports and from the indicators gathered throughout implementations. The conclusion remains clear: the success of a digital platform does not depend only on the quality of the technology or the configuration. To a large extent, it depends on people’s ability to understand the solution, integrate it into their routines and use it with confidence.

Adoption starts with people

A platform may have the right configuration, meet the organisation’s requirements and offer all the necessary features. However, users may find it difficult to use or fail to understand the logic of the processes they are carrying out. In that case, resistance, errors and partial use of the features naturally appear, or even parallel processes in spreadsheets, emails and other systems.

For AISP, breaking down this initial usage barrier is a fundamental part of any digital transformation project.

That is precisely why AISP does not see training as a service added on to implementation. Instead, it is part of the investment that ensures the project’s success.

HSE platform training adapted to real processes

When AISP implements an HSE or document management platform, the team prepares the training based on the configuration and on the tasks each user profile will actually have to perform.

The aim is not to present every technological possibility of the solution. On the contrary, the training seeks to ensure that people understand what they need to do, why they do it and what impact their actions have.

This approach is particularly relevant in document management and HSE, where a decision taken on the platform can have direct consequences for operations.

A rejected document can prevent a contractor’s approval. Likewise, a missing qualification can restrict a worker’s entry. An outstanding issue can prevent the use of a piece of equipment or the start of a given activity.

Understanding the process is therefore just as important as knowing how to use the tool.

More autonomy for teams

AISP’s experience also shows that proper training increases user autonomy.

When teams master the processes and understand the platform’s logic, they depend less on support for basic tasks. At the same time, the organisation itself becomes better able to manage the solution day to day.

This also allows technical support to focus on higher-value issues, such as process improvements, new configurations, integrations, automations or changes resulting from the organisation’s growth.

As a result, training is no longer just an initial stage of the project; it contributes directly to the sustainability of the implementation over time.

Going live does not mean the implementation is complete

AISP believes you should not judge an implementation only by the moment the platform goes live.

Configuring fields, creating workflows, migrating information or granting access are essential steps, but they do not, on their own, guarantee the project’s success.

In fact, a solution only really starts to create value when it becomes part of the teams’ real processes and when users can work with it naturally, correctly and independently.

That is why adoption should count as one of the success indicators of an implementation.

HSE platform training as part of the investment

By keeping free training in 2026 for the platforms its technical team implements, AISP reinforces a choice that has long shaped its service model:

technology, implementation and user enablement are part of the same project.

Providing a platform is not enough.

You also have to make sure people can use it, understand the processes and get the expected value from it.

At AISP, we see training as part of the investment in a successful implementation, not as an additional cost for the client.
