AISP strengthens logistics capacity for the storage and dispatch of identification items

In April 2026, AISP completed a new investment in its logistics area. As a result, it has significantly increased its capacity for the storage, preparation, packing and dispatch of identification items for service providers.

This stronger infrastructure responds to the growing needs of the document management and access control projects that AISP supports. In these projects, the fast and organised supply of cards, credentials and related consumables plays an increasingly important role.

With this investment, AISP now has greater capacity to handle high-volume operations. In addition, it is ready to dispatch dozens of identification items per day.

More space for the storage and dispatch of identification items

The investment included more storage space and a reorganisation of the areas where the team prepares orders.

As a result, the new facility can keep in stock the different consumables that identification processes require. This reduces reliance on one-off purchases and improves responsiveness to projects.

The main objectives of the investment include:

  • Increased storage capacity
  • Better organisation of the consumables used in identification systems
  • Better conditions for preparation and packing
  • Greater daily dispatch capacity
  • Shorter processing times
  • Readiness for projects with more users
  • Greater capacity to meet the simultaneous needs of different clients

From document management to the dispatch of identification items

In some projects, document compliance determines whether workers can access facilities or workplaces. In these cases, issuing a card or credential may be the last step of a much broader process.

Before physical identification, there may be processes of:

registration → documentation → validation → compliance → authorisation → identification

For this reason, the logistics of identification items becomes an integral part of the service.

A document process may be complete, but the organisation still needs to make sure that each worker correctly receives the credential that the operation requires.

Capacity to support larger projects

The increased logistics capacity also allows AISP to prepare for projects with larger numbers of workers and contractors.

For example, in operations with hundreds or thousands of users, the ability to store consumables, prepare cards and organise dispatches in a structured way becomes essential to avoid delays.

The improved infrastructure makes the process more predictable. Likewise, it allows AISP to respond more efficiently to regular needs, issuing campaigns or peaks in demand when new workers join a project.

Consumables storage and service continuity

Another objective of the investment was to create enough capacity to keep the consumables for identification equipment and processes in storage.

In this way, availability improves operational continuity and reduces the risk of interruptions caused by a lack of the materials needed to produce and prepare credentials.

Stock management therefore keeps pace with business growth and with the increase in processed volumes.

An investment in AISP’s operational capacity

The development of document management services requires investment not only in technology, but also in the structures that support daily operations.

That is why the stronger logistics warehouse is another step in this strategy.

By increasing its storage, packing and dispatch capacity, AISP is now in a better position to support larger projects with greater logistics demands.

Technology, document management and logistics are part of the same process when the goal is to make sure that document compliance actually reaches operations.

Finally, with this investment, AISP-GEDOC strengthens its capacity to support this process, from information management to the preparation and dispatch of the identification items needed in the field.
