What is an HSE platform?
It is a digital system that brings together health, safety and environment management: documents, contractors, permits, inspections, incidents and indicators. It controls requirements, expiry dates and responsibilities with traceability and alerts.
How is it different from document management software?
Document software organises and validates documents. The HSE platform, on the other hand, uses that information to control operations: who can enter, who is fit to work and which actions are still open.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the scope, the number of processes, the locations and the integrations. We recommend starting with one critical process, such as contractor management, and expanding later.
Do contractors use the platform too?
Yes. They upload their documents, track the status of each one and receive alerts about pending items and expiry dates.
Does the platform connect to access control?
Yes. The platforms that AISP implements already send the approval status to access control hardware, such as entrance barriers.
