AISP establishes partnerships in Brazil to strengthen the implementation of document management platforms

The start of 2026 marked a new stage in the evolution of AISP-GEDOC. At that time, AISP established partnerships in Brazil with local companies to support projects for implementing document management platforms.

Why implementation requires more than technology

The digitalisation of business processes keeps growing, and so do the volumes of documentation that organisations have to manage. For this reason, many of them look for solutions that are more structured, configurable and suited to their operational reality.

However, implementing a document management platform involves much more than providing technology.

In fact, it requires understanding existing processes, identifying requirements, configuring the platform, structuring workflows, preparing users and supporting the go-live.

Partnerships in Brazil to support projects

It was in this context that AISP began working with Brazilian partners. In this way, it created the conditions to strengthen its capacity to support projects and to help organisations implement and use document management platforms.

In addition, the collaboration combines experience in document management, process knowledge and technical capability, which brings support closer to the specific needs of each project.

Areas covered by the implementation

This type of implementation can include the following areas:

  • analysis and structuring of document requirements;
  • set-up of companies, workers and equipment;
  • configuration of document types;
  • definition of statuses and workflows;
  • organisation and migration of information;
  • user training;
  • technical support during implementation;
  • follow-up after go-live.

This approach reflects one of the priorities of AISP-GEDOC: implementing technology in line with the processes of each organisation. In other words, simply making it available as an isolated tool is not enough.

Moreover, the partnerships in Brazil represent a step forward in developing AISP’s capacity to support projects in different regions. Likewise, they make it possible to work with more flexible and specialised support structures.

A platform only creates value when the organisation implements it correctly, configures it properly and integrates it into its real way of working.

That is why AISP-GEDOC will keep investing in precisely this link between technology, processes and support throughout 2026.
