AISP has a new Facebook page. From today, the AISP Facebook page brings together practical content on document management and HSE in one place. It also shares news about our services and daily life at our administration centre in Ílhavo. You can follow it at facebook.com/aispgedoc.
In this way, we are taking another step to stay close to the companies, contractors and safety teams we work with every day.
Why we are on Facebook
First of all, many safety technicians, procurement managers and contractors use Facebook every day. That is why we want to be where these people already are, with useful, clear and direct information.
In addition, the page complements our website and our LinkedIn page. On the one hand, our website explains our document management and HSE services in detail. On the other hand, on Facebook we share that knowledge in a quicker, more visual format.
What you will find on the AISP Facebook page
Each post has a simple goal: to help your organisation keep its documentation compliant, with no delays when entering the site. For example, you will find:

To make contact easier, we also list our opening hours: weekdays, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

We also share the posts from the AISP Facebook page on our Instagram account, @aispgedoc. In this way, the same content reaches different audiences, always with the same rigour we apply to our clients’ projects.
Furthermore, in every post we follow the AISP Methodology, refined over more than 20 years. In other words, we talk about real cases, specific requirements and solutions that are already up and running.
